Why do people on store ? Because of great customer service and this is one of the best dealings I’ve ever had on this site. There was a mix up during the busy period with delivery and it was sorted out fantastically. The original order is (I think) lost in the post as tracking never updated past a certain point. I messaged the seller to inform them I had still not received the item and they sent another one out straight away! Thank you so much for your great customer service, my partner is going to love this!

I have seen lots of these 3D printed dragons surprise eggs on the likes of Temu, AloExpress, even Amazon, but I wanted the real deal, and that's exactly what I received from Leslie. I couldn't have the colour I ordered as they'd run out, but Leslie did message me to let me know and offer an alternative and size upgrade as a goodwill gesture, which was very much appreciated. The egg and the dragon are both very sturdy which is very important as I don't call my daughter "Hurricane Q" for nothing! The parcel also arrived very, very quickly. Five stars all round. :)
